Joint pain is one of the most common concerns among older adults and can result from age-related wear and tear, arthritis, reduced cartilage, or long-term joint stress. Persistent pain can make walking, climbing stairs, standing for long periods, or performing daily activities increasingly difficult.
Our Age-Related Joint Pain program focuses on reducing pain, improving joint mobility, restoring flexibility, and strengthening the muscles that support affected joints. Through manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, posture correction, flexibility training, and functional rehabilitation, we help seniors move more comfortably while reducing stiffness and improving overall mobility. Our goal is to relieve pain, increase independence, and support an active lifestyle.
