Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults and can significantly affect confidence, mobility, and independence. Reduced balance, muscle weakness, poor coordination, and neurological conditions all contribute to an increased risk of falls.
Our Balance Training & Fall Prevention program begins with a detailed balance and gait assessment to identify individual risk factors. Based on the assessment, we develop personalized rehabilitation programs that include balance exercises, coordination training, lower-limb strengthening, gait retraining, posture correction, functional mobility exercises, and fall prevention education. We also recommend home safety modifications to create a safer living environment and reduce future fall risk.
