Shoulder surgery is commonly performed for rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, fractures, frozen shoulder, or joint injuries. Following surgery, patients often experience pain, stiffness, reduced arm movement, and muscle weakness that can limit daily activities if not managed with proper rehabilitation.
Our Shoulder Surgery Rehabilitation program follows a structured recovery plan based on the surgeon's recommendations and individual healing progress. Treatment may include pain management, passive and active-assisted range-of-motion exercises, joint mobilization, shoulder strengthening, scapular stabilization, flexibility training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activity training. Our goal is to restore shoulder mobility, improve strength and stability, reduce pain, and help patients confidently return to work, sports, and everyday activities.
