Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction surgery is commonly performed following sports injuries or traumatic knee injuries. Although surgery restores ligament stability, complete recovery depends on a structured rehabilitation program that rebuilds strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance before returning to physical activity.
Our ACL Reconstruction Rehabilitation program follows internationally accepted rehabilitation protocols tailored to each patient's stage of healing. Treatment includes swelling control, pain management, range-of-motion exercises, quadriceps and hamstring strengthening, neuromuscular training, proprioception exercises, balance training, agility drills, plyometric progression, gait retraining, and sport-specific rehabilitation. We carefully monitor every phase of recovery to ensure safe progression while minimizing the risk of re-injury and preparing patients for a confident return to sports and active living.
